**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Works collaboratively alongside business partners and other analytics professionals
- Applies data science input and thinking focused on Customer Personalisation
- Contribute to the development of insights, predictive analysis, and simulations that lead to actionable decisions
- Contribute to improvements to the data science workbench, feature libraries and model management capabilities to enable continuous model deployment
- Design, develop, implement and maintain scalable data science models including Customer Lifecycle and propensity modelling
- Provide day to day mentoring and peer review of other data science work
- Guide and drive the shift towards better data science practices
- Design and drive the automation of everyday data science tasks

**About You | Mōu**
To succeed in this role you will need to:

- Have solid experience working within Customer & Loyalty Advanced Analytics initiatives
- Be business outcomes focused and ability to show value incrementally
- Have a pragmatic approach to data science product and solution design.
- Contribute and improve our data science practices
- Solid experience working with cloud platforms in addition to Python, SQL and perhaps GCP
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, cross functional environment.
- Think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous work environment
