**About the role**

As the Senior Retail Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the engagement, education, planning, development and deployment of new solutions to member stores. Leading a team of Retail Operations Analysts you’ll consolidate effective and efficient ways of supporting stores and partner with other business units to provide centralised services, proactively identifying solutions that enable positive business outcomes and engage with the wider team to ensure consistent delivery of support plans.

You’ll also:

- Streamline centralised services and collaborate with Programme & Development, Regulatory services and Member Efficiency teams for reporting
- Work with various business units across the business to identify efficient ways to provide services to stores such as IT, Merchandise, Supply Chain and Finance
- Partner with stores and key stakeholders to ensure best practice and continuous improvement to reduce friction for customers and improve the cost of doing business
- Work with Learning and Enablement specialists to accurately document and deploy change
- Provide a balanced overview of the Operational Compliance aspects of the business through effective use of reporting
- Add value through making recommendations for opportunities for improvement
- Support SAP data metrics to enable informed decisions

**About you**

With a commercial focus and an analytical bent, you’ll have a curious mind, will be system savvy and will have a passion for all things data related.
- To be successful in this role you’ll also have:_
- Advanced level of Power BI, MS Excel, Power Query and DAX
- Ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and effectively present to others
- Proven experience in operating as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing decision-making or business outcomes
