**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Marketing Specialist Loyalty Promotions will support the Marketing Managers of each stream with the creative side of the promotions. As Marketing Specialist you will have an interest or experience in data driven creative.
This will include but not be limited to:
- Establish the visual identity of Boost as a proposition
- Establish the visual identity of the sub propositions/streams - basket offers, category offers and 1:1 product offers
- Work closing with the content specialist to ensure we are optimising our creative for every execution
- Plan and manage a programme of test & learn for creative executions with in the streams
- Surface up learnings and make recommendations to Marketing Managers, Senior Marketing Manager and wider team so decisions can we taken on refinement
- Ensure our unique creative needs are on the radar in broader marketing / campaign forums
**Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong strategic relationships with various internal teams (Supermarket Commercial & Countdown X colleagues)
- Effectively manage and prioritise stakeholder objectives and support the delivery of the targeted promotion’s targets
- Consistently provide clear and relevant information to all key stakeholders
- Understand the interaction of data and creative
- Act as advocate for loyalty promotions
- Drive future vision of the program
- Support the execution of test and learn campaign activities for a variety of direct customer offers
- Understand the capabilities of the CountdownX digital and Rewards, the marketing strategy, and technological opportunities
- Work with brand & other parties to deliver a creative approach inline with wider business
- Adhere to best practice continuous delivery practices, maximising customer and business value, minimising 'time to value’ and ensuring rapid learning cycles
- Partner with other teams on complex cross-tribe initiatives to deliver outcomes

You’ll ideally be comfortable working within a large and complex environment, and your ability to influence key stakeholders will be evident in the way you find solutions to problems that might come your way.

- To be successful in this role, your background will likely reflect:
- Experience within a similar role (Previous experience working with Data Driven Marketing)
- Previous experience as a Marketing Specialist with interest or experience in data driven creative
- A few years experience delivering projects and achieving successful outcomes
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong interest or background in social media/ different comms channels and reporting
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Embrace Agile ways of working
