Our client, located in Kelburn are seeking an experienced Governance Assistant to Board, Senior Committees and Leaders.

**About the Role**

Along with the Board you will also be providing governance support and assisting with processes for two other Committees. The role is complex, and you will be playing an integral role in ensuring the Board & Committees meet and deliver their goals in line with the Strategic Plan.

Day to day tasks will look like:

- Managing meeting agendas and papers, setting timelines
- Liaising with external & internal stakeholders
- Minute taking
- Responding to correspondence

- Confident dealing with senior leaders
- Professional, tactful and discreet
- Positive attitude and be solutions focused
- Strong communication skills - written & verbal
