**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning and Analysis**:
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.

Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for strategic initiatives.

Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for management review.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and evaluate financial risks, including currency exchange rate fluctuations, market volatility, and regulatory changes.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and minimize exposure to financial risks.

**Cash Management**:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations to ensure adequate funding for daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Monitor banking activities, reconcile accounts, and oversee cash management processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

**Financial Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.

Coordinate financial audits and examinations, address audit findings, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to assess financial health, track performance trends, and support decision-making.

**Team Leadership**:
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop finance professionals, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Ø At least you have 2 years of experience in the financial field or related field within the financial services industry.

Ø Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Ø Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities.

Ø Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving results in a dynamic business environment.

Ø Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices within the money exchange industry.

Working hours: 30 hours per week
