As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing how Mastercard can drive differentiation, innovation, and improved business performance for our customers across various consumer and commercial segments.

Role:

- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify customers' product and marketing development needs, proactively addressing these requirements.
- Foster robust relationships to help customers achieve their business goals and distinguish Mastercard from its competitors.
- Oversee the execution, resolution, and management of day-to-day operational, business, and marketing initiatives, issues, and inquiries.
- Monitor and analyse account performance and financial data to identify development opportunities and forecast support effectively.

All About You (Ideally, you will have):

- In-depth knowledge of card payments, preferably gained through experience at a bank in at least one of the following areas: consumer or commercial credit, debit or prepaid products, marketing, scheme liaison, portfolio management and analytics, business banking, retail banking, or merchant acquiring.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address business objectives proactively.
- Previous experience in sales or customer interfacing roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to establish positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
