We now have a new and exciting **full-time** opportunity for a **Sales Manager **to lead the NZ sales team in Auckland, New Zealand

**Your Next Opportunity**

Reporting to the eXsource Sales Manager based in Australia, your main responsibility will be to **take hands-on ownership** for accelerating eXsource growth in the New Zealand market. You will also be responsible for **driving growth at new and existing accounts**, whilst providing support and coaching for the NZ sales team.

Your mandate will be to;
- Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and increased share at existing customers.
- Provide energetic leadership to develop the local sales team and drive high levels of sales activity.
- Provide key input to shape the local market strategy
- The role provides the opportunity for occasional visits to Australia to meet with key stakeholders, as well as travel to meet clients across New Zealand._

**What you’ll bring to the Team**

You will draw on your previous **B2B sales experience **(min. 5 years) to deliver sales growth in the region. You will be a **self-starter**, **inquisitive**, with **hunter mentality**, **strong value selling or solution sales skills, **and **a growth mindset.**
- Demonstrated **leadership **experience
- **Strong track record of delivering growth** in a B2B sales role.
- Prior experience in **plastics or related manufacturing/distribution market**.
- **Tertiary qualifications **in marketing, business or engineering.
- Strong **technical aptitude and sharp commercial acumen.**:

- Exceptional **communication, relationship building and influencing skills.**:

- Experience and aptitude with contemporary digital systems, **CRMs and E-Commerce.**:

- **Unrestricted Driver’s License **and **access to own vehicle**.
