Sales & Business Administrator

We currently seek an experienced Sales and Business Administrator to join a long established and leading Jewellery company on a full time basis.
You will be primarily responsible for managing business operational and sales administration activities, including
- Quoting and order fulfilment
- Stock management
- Accounting activities (accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and reconciliation)
- Supporting the business team with sales & marketing activities
- Website management ( inquiries, product updates)
What we are looking for?
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (using Microsoft tools like excel, word and bespoke internal software) are a must.
- Ability to innovate, problem solve and contribute to activities to improve the efficient operation of the office
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously by setting your own priorities
- Ability to multi task
- Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with team members, customers and suppliers.
- Social media and digital marketing skills would be an added advantage

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
