The opportunity & our Team: *
You'll be part of our Operations & Enablement team where you will provide operational and administrative support to the division, key clients and stakeholders. Be involved in process improvement, documentation and internal projects.

About the role: *
You'll be part of the team that develops and implements new processes where requested. These may relate to sales, services, support or marketing. There will be work assisting with reporting and data analysis, ensuring accurate client/partner records and undertaking data cleansing tasks as required.
The role will see you identify problems in existing operations process and resolve them, maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes and undertaking the processing duties such as invoicing, quotations and credit note generation.
