Paydock is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our global team. As a valued member of the team, you'll report directly to the Tech Lead, to provide IT Support across the organization and help automate and secure our processes and tooling. Capable of owning the onboarding / offboarding process, and also troubleshooting software / hardware-related issues with company devices if needed.

**How you will make an impact**:
- Create dedicated IT Wiki pages containing How-to-guides, SOPs and policies, along with automated reports using JQL
- Enhance the onboarding process flow by leveraging OKTA SCIM user provisioning where applicable
- Implement a Netskope Enforcement policy within Okta to ensure that users without the NS client installed are restricted from accessing specific apps
- Build JSM portals for the IT Dep, People and Talent teams, along with custom request types and complex workflows
- Build an Open VPN instance that ties in with Okta for Mongo DB access (CBA requirement)
- Build an open-source IT Asset Management portal (ISO requirement) to facilitate adequate tracking of our IT Assets
- Implement other solution systems (SMS alert, routings, etc).
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
