**What You’ll Do**
- As a **Field Service Engineer**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our cutting-edge medical devices are fully operational, directly impacting patient care and safety. You will be the trusted expert, conducting vital maintenance and providing top-tier technical support to our valued customers.- Your work will involve troubleshooting, installations, and ongoing support, all while building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the region. - Conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on medical devices, ensuring they function optimally.-
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous operation.-
- Support the installation of new medical equipment, ensuring seamless integration at customer sites.-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical expert.-
- Manage your own schedule and documentation, ensuring all service activities are accurately recorded.-

- A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.-
- At least 12 months of experience in field service, preferably within medical devices or a related technical area.-
- Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.-
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.-
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule.-
