**He kōrero mōu| About you**:
We’re seeking a health professional with clinical experience ideally from palliative or an aged care setting. You will have a genuine passion for working with volunteers and will demonstrate experience of developing client/patient focussed psycho-social or educational programmes.

To be a success you will bring:

- Experience in adult education/facilitation and reflective practice
- Demonstrated ability to translate organisational strategy to execute objectives
- Project coordination and administrative experience
- Ability to connect and develop rapport with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management skills
- A valid, clean full NZ driver’s licence

By nature, you are supportive, engaging and compassionate. You will show understanding for what motivates volunteers and take a collaborative approach to relationship building. Your high level of maturity and stability will set you apart in this role.
