**Job Description**:
We now have a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the team as our new National Technical Account Manager. This role is critical in our growth agenda to build new and leverage existing partnership opportunities across TWG Commercial Services.
Quick snapshot of the role:
- Primarily focused on hunting out & growing new revenue streams for TWG Commercial Services
- Nurture & develop relationships with new customers as well as existing key clients
- Manage relationships from a day-to-day perspective to ensure that sales are maximised and account relationships are maintained
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively manage current client relationships
- Presenting and demonstrating key solutions leveraging the TWG commercial, retail and services channels aligned to the customers needs
- Maintaining a structured, regular contact call cycle within assigned territory, demonstrating sales discipline and methodology maturity
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a collaborative & energetic individual who has a passion for success. You will be able to point to a strong background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level and be skilled at developing win-win solutions. Ideally, you will be an experienced IT professional with service management and account management experience.
Sales savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about sales, business development and relationship management. Your knowledge of how to size an opportunity, gauge the value of that opportunity and develop the best fit implementation plan will be critical to your success.

- Bachelor’s Degree in technology or relative business experience
- Experience working in a Managed Service Environment
- Minimum of 3 years business related experience preferably in the IT sector with proven results in customer satisfaction and the achievement of KPI’s
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and deliver highly technical solutions
