Our Dunedin office is currently seeking an experienced Senior Office Administrator and Project Support to become an integral member of our National Administration team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Reception duties including managing allocation of carparks for the office and visitors, maintain an appropriate level of supplies and services and undertake and coordinate archiving for the office.
- Procure and maintain local contracts for local suppliers and servicing / maintenance
- Office contact for all building related matters as maintenance, cleaners, security, etc.
- General office support - administration, reporting, meeting and event coordination
- On-boarding of new team members, including assisting line managers with on-boarding programme creation and ensure off-boarding procedures are completed in accordance with company requirements and policies.
- Support HSE Rep with Health and Safety issues
- Project Administration support from tender stage to project set-up and throughout delivery
- Support Finance and Quality teams with month end processing and QA status as required

**What you will bring to the team**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- IT literate and willing to learn new software.
- Great communicator, both verbal and written.
- A self starter with the ability to manage conflicting priories and deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Having a level head and being able to think through a problem to a final satisfactory outcome.
- Demonstrates a high standard of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and personal integrity.
- A positive attitude and confidence using own initiative.
