We are looking for a proactive, confident, and motivated individual to join
our national Communications team as a Bid Advisor. This is a varied role
that will tap into your critical thinking and content creation skills, along
with creativity and commercial acumen. This role will be based in our
Auckland office.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to engage and gather
information to support the coordination, preparation, development
and delivery of high-quality bids. Having excellent written and verbal
communication is a must along with the ability to work under strict
deadlines.
- About You:
- Deliver compelling proposals and tenders in a persuasive tone to

potential clients that effectively communicate the capabilities of the
- business.- Analyse and respond to client RFPs and tenders promptly.
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process and inputs from a variety of

stakeholders (including gathering, organising, interpreting and collating
- data from various sources) in order for content to be created and peer
- reviewed.- Update proposal templates, common content, track records, project

profiles and other supporting materials.- Utilise feedback and analytical skills to ensure proposals are effective
- Workshop pursuit strategy, storyboard and value propositions/win

themes with bid teams.
