We are seeking a highly driven Account Manager who is accomplished and can forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders to help drive our Commercial sales division's success based either out of our Auckland Support office or Avondale Trade Centre.

As an Account Manager, you will develop an expertise in the products and services being promoted to market and optimise sales to our Commercial customers, ensuring they receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions to suit their business needs.

What You Can Expect to Do:

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales, maximize profit, and optimize product mix.
- Client Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients to expand market share and identify new business opportunities.
- Local Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and counter competitor activities.
- Budget Management: Implement and manage a budget aligned with company expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Bunnings network members to ensure Commercial customers receive the best Price, Range, and Service.
- Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety.

What We Need From You:

- Mandarin Communication Skills is beneficial
- Customer Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish strong relationships with new customers.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated track record in a sales role.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial understanding.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport with customers.
