What will you be doing | Ngā whainga?
This is a key role helping to maximise the value of our digital marketing efforts across all channels (digital media, organic, social, PR) through the delivery of actionable insights on the performance of our marketing campaigns. You will conduct analysis, draw insights, and share actionable conclusions and advice on analytics best practices to the Tourism New Zealand global organisation.
You will also help champion digital analytics and a culture of data driven performance optimisation across the business.
What you will need | Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga
- 5+ years' experience in Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Intermediate A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- Advanced Dashboarding Platform & Reporting Automation (Datorama, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau)
- Digital Media Pixel Management & Campaign Tracking (utm, cid)
- Data analysis, Forecasting and Data Story Telling.
- Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to work at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Able to pick up on technical and new things quickly.
- Thrives in a technical environment.
