Public Trust seeks a Customer Service Representative to join their awesome Customer Experience Team located in the Christchurch CBD.
**About the role**
We are looking for a customer service representative that can connect with and understand our customers in order to provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for providing accurate information to our customers on their estate planning and management needs.
This is a full-time role, 8 hours per day Monday - Friday, rostered between 8am - 5.30pm.
**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in a contact centre or similar customer-centric role
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer care
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work in emotionally sensitive settings
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
