We are looking for excellence In this role you’ll gain experience similar to running your own business and with the challenge of creating an outstanding team that will deliver growth and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.
If successful you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of the store over the course of the designated shift / shifts as well as ensuring all staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers.

Salary Range is $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience
Qualification and Experience:
**ESSENTIAL**
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
**DESIRED**
- General Managers’ Certificate
- Management Development Graduate
- Unit standards 497 & 167
- Forklift licence (F endorsement)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Good command of written / spoken English
- 2 years’ supermarket experience
- Supervisory experience
- Clean driver’s licence
