**Group Marketing Manager**

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, Business GM’s, and creative, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities. Your creative and strategic thinking will be key in developing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyse customer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
- Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
