Each and everyday staff, students, and the general public benefit directly and indirectly from the dedicated efforts of Property Services Division employees. We are the physical foundation of the teaching, research and learning that takes place at the University, and we are proud of the important role we play.

The Division is responsible for buildings with a replacement cost of NZ$2.0 billion, and more than 22,000 hectares of land. With over 3,500 University Staff and 20,000 students, it is a bit like helping to run a small town

**_ The role/Te mahi_**

This role will work in partnership with Facilities Managers, Coordinators, Trades team and other key partners to undertake and provide effective, efficient, and timely support to the Head of Quality and Performance to deliver contracts for Property Services and Campus Development.
- Key tasks include:

- Assisting in the preparation, creation and management of contract documentation and accountabilities.
- Liaising with the contract owners.
- Preparation of contract governance documentation.

This role will be one of two roles responsible for looking after a portfolio of contracts that sits across services, goods, building, consulting, and service contracts.

- Proven experience in contract administration or coordination.
- Solid administrative skills including report writing
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- High level of flexibility and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Previous experience in Property or Facilities management is desirable.
