If you are a passionate and energetic Quality and Office Coordinator, have a can-do attitude, have strong attention to details, are highly organised and can work well under pressure to meet deadlines, we would love for you to join our team
In this role you will:
- Help support the health and disability sector transformation and be responsible for a range of tasks including efficient and effective coordination of facilities and office management.
- Act as a point of escalation for these queries, along with supporting the adherence to best practice, and being a champion to our centre of excellence
- Support a range of procurement related activities, along with the record maintenance of health and safety documentation to ensure our processes and systems are adequately resourced
- Bring a high level of customer service in all dealings and strive to remain solutions focused and able to quickly solve problems while always striving for continuous improvements in the way we do things
- Adept at administration and record keeping assisting with generating reports and information that can be used to help in the decision-making process
- Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders with a customer-driven, solution-focused approach

- Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal) including dealing with people from a broad range of cultures.
- Comfortable with fast-paced working environments
- Confident dealing with suppliers and vendors while working through contracts and invoices
- Understanding of the health and/or Government sector (advantageous)
