At Z we love to develop and grow our people. As the result of an internal movement, we have an opening for a Kairuruku Whakatairanga Marketing Coordinator to join the team asap until July 2025.

It’s a broad role involved in supporting the marketing operations needed to deliver on Z’s customer experience. Your day might be supporting the communications for our Loyalty Programmes or Business or Commercial customers, replying to customer queries directly, working on fraud detection or making adjustments to the systems providing Z offers.

A great role to bring your customer focus, communication skills and love of problem solving

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Be responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of fit for purpose marketing plans, collateral (fuel and store) for all site works projects (openings, closures, etc) including responsibility for budget, reporting and communications
- Manage our functional communications to customers (site communications, outages, CFIs and operational communications) across channels like apps, locators, guides. continually looking to optimise the experience for customers, drive volume, and improve our operational efficiencies
- Responsible for the Z and Caltex website content updates along with updating apps locator, google sites
- Support the Marketing team across a range of activities like budgets, team activities along with supporting the research administration

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Qualifications in Marketing (Degree or Diploma level) as well as practical experience in marketing or related field
- Excellent service delivery always keeping the customer at the heart
- Strong communication skills to engage with a range of Z and Caltex customers and other stakeholders
- The tenacity to solve problems and creativity to come up with solutions.
- A results focus mindset with a bias towards action
- The ability to commit to a fixed term contract through to July 2025

The base salary range for this role is $77,350 to $87,000 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
