Your Opportunity
Toll is on the hunt for an all-rounder FCL Administration Assistant to join our Auckland based team This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks that support the operational requirements of the branch by ensuring tasks are completed accurately within deadlines.
What you’ll bring to this role
To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience:
As the FCL Administration Assistant, you will:
- Enter consignment note data and way bill entries- Accurately complete all aspects of account reconciliations- Conduct all general invoices including, Owner Drivers and third parties- Manage the Toll rating engine- Ensure all rating and credits are completed in a timely fashion- Keep all records up to date and accurate- Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with professionally, timely and efficiently
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-4 years work experience in administration/accounting role- Intermediate knowledge of accounting procedures- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
