The ICT Change and Communications Manager plays a key role ensuring changes are expertly communicated, achieve the best outcomes and have clear alignment to our strategy.
**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**
You’ll get a real kick from working with a wide range people from across the enterprise as our change and communication manager. You’ll lead the charge with facilitating change and communications management activities across a range of projects and ICT initiatives, leveraging the support of the internal change and communications community and recruiting change champions from across the business.
You will support, promote and where required lead the ICT communications strategy, brand and ensure consistency of message and change stories across all our channels, initiatives and stakeholders. Here’s a bit more with what you’ll get involved with;
- Design and deliver change and communication management plans and activities
- Develop high level and detailed change impact assessments, schedules, treatment plans, and ensure effective transition to BAU operations and promote sustainable long term change adoption across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain artefacts and frameworks to support the ICT communications strategy - for example an all of ICT communications calendar, to manage the threading of messages to our stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Work with the ICT Leadership team to support effective engagement and communications to the wider ICT team and business stakeholders including supporting CIO messages, Town halls and other forums as required.

- Experience in leading enterprise technology change and communications to a broad range of end users and stakeholders.
- Proven delivery of complicated and challenging change and communication activity across varying business units, each bringing their own expectations and challenges.
