About the Role:

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to join their new Insights Unit.

This role will give you exposure to interesting work content that significantly contributes to the wellbeing of New Zealand. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
