**Job Description**:
Due to growth within our team, our Shared Service Centre is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to come and join us A team who likes to celebrate our successes

The role will require you to provide effective administrative support for the business, whilst providing flexibility across transactional and general accounting administrative tasks.

Tasks and duties may include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices- Statement reconciliations- Support continuous improvement of Accounts Payable tasks within the business- Ensuring all supplier payments comply with company policies and procedures- Ownership and resolution of queries liaising with company stakeholders and suppliers

The Opportunity- 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, within a large open plan environment.- General understanding of office administration within a large organisation- Computer literacy with competence across all Microsoft suites, preferably with intermediate to advanced excel skills- JDE and OCR scanning experience an advantage- Good organisational, communication and time management skills, ability to simultaneously prioritise tasks to achieve business service level agreements- Excellent relationship management skills- Team Player and dedication to customer service- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures is an advantage
