**About the Role**:
As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the team. Your primary responsibilities will include communication with clients, order management, detailed documentation, and fostering strong customer relationships.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Checking and processing invoices
- Answering phones and assisting customers with their queries
- Other general admin duties
- Communicate with the sales and production teams
- Uploading training and other documents

**To be successful in this role you must possess**:

- Minimum 1+ years in similar Admin role
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask but remain organized
- Excellent communication & strong relationship management skills
