**About the role**:
You'll be inspired by the impact of your work as your contemporary approach to workplace relations will be instrumental in enabling positive behaviour change. In partnership with Head of P&C Shared Services, you will deploy our workplace relations strategy to ensure it actively informs and guides the everyday leadership of our people leaders. Your experience working with unions will contribute to enhanced engagement and future focused partnerships. - Broad Workplace Relations agenda, providing pragmatic advice, support and coaching across P&C and to people leaders
- Partner with Head of P&C Shared Services to establish and deploy a focused Workplace relations strategy and toolkit that reflects values-based decision making
- Get alongside our business leaders to foster engagement, connection and future-focused relationships with the Unions, including partnership with bargaining.
- Maintain strong knowledge of legislative changes, and ensure the P&C team and senior business leaders are informed of anything that impacts their role and responsibilities
- Build and deploy our Workplace Relations strategy to help enable the aspirations we have for our culture and workplace.

**About you**:

- Strong relationship builder who is passionate about working proactively to coach, mentor and build capability and knowledge, with a focus on our people leaders
- Your experience in unionised environments has given you the expertise to successfully navigate multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record in successful resolution of complex workplace issues, and extensive knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to evaluate organization wide workplace relations data and insights to develop appropriate policy tools and provide pragmatic, commercially oriented solutions that allow us to continue to build a positive workplace and strong teams.
- You support and lead by example in the acknowledgement and respect for cultural diversity across Aotearoa and join us on our bicultural journey as an organisation
