Your opinion, expertise and recommendations will be key to planning and implementing work that makes the delivery BCITO's standards consistent.

You will model processes for current and future states to align with our teams delivery of integrated assessment to really understand what our customers are doing, what will help them hit their goals and recommend how we can help them progress.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the digital team, creating reports and ensuring that Data is correct, while also working with the Tertiary Education Commission to ensure any changes in fees structure or ITR data requirements are reported back to our Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and update detailed process documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures
- Analyse, streamline and communicate our customer processes for current and future states, so they align with our customer journeys to really understand what our customers need, now and in the future
- Identify the key stakeholders who will be affected by process changes, understanding their roles, concerns, and needs
- Partner closely with the Digital team to ensure data is correct
- Streamline the management of policy, procedure, and process updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure they align with our business goals
- Be a champion and support any new process changes introduced to the organisation

- 3-5 years' experience as a Process Analyst and/or Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy
- Strong skills in end-to-end process mapping, business process reengineering & mapping, data analysis, problem solving, and root cause analysis
- Able to facilitate process design sessions to a non-technical audience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
