Yoobee Colleges is New Zealand’s largest specialist creative and technology college with campuses throughout New Zealand. Our strong Industry relationships provide our students with unique opportunities to enable them to launch their chosen industry careers.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will help ensure that Yoobee College’s Short Courses are meeting or exceeding student enrolment targets. You will be passionate about selling short courses in multiple industries to all types of people
- from high school students to large corporations. While you will work in a collaborative and supportive team, you will make this key role your own with your high level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Establish and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with Key Stakeholders
- Generate new leads by driving sales initiatives - mostly through online channels
- Identifying opportunities and successfully implement initiatives to drive revenue growth in all Short Courses product verticals
- Maximising lead conversion into enrolments

**About you**:

- Impeccably organized with a strong attention to detail, able to juggle tasks and achieve outcomes
- Passion for learning and a commitment to represent and be a strong advocate for students.
- Confident with presenting webinars and/or other video presentations
- Proven success within a sales/business development role with a great understanding about NZ’s educational system.
- Compelling and effective communicator and uses these skills to quickly build rapport.
- Culturally aware and actively uses this to strengthen relationships.
