**Career Defining Opportunity**

Rarely does an opportunity at Snr Account Manager level become available on such a high profile national account where behaviour change is paramount. This is a career defining opportunity to be a key player in Waka Kotahi’s plan to save New Zealander’s lives, and road safety within Aotearoa. This position of Senior Account Manager in our Account Management Team, Pōneke, will work directly with this long awarded client, creating meaningful, tangible, public awareness work, and being part of effective, measurable, behaviour changing results. Located in our beautiful central Wellington office in Waring Taylor Street, this role will provide clear pathways to continue to grow and develop your career, while working alongside some of the best in the business, in arguably NZ’s finest fully integrated, behaviour change agency. Consideration will be given to an exceptional Auckland based applicant to report into our Wellington team from our centrally located Auckland offices.

**You**

You are a slick account management professional - currently at SAM level or ready to step up. You will have large agency experience, or closely aligned transferrable industry skillsets. You may be currently located in Wellington, or prepared to relocate for this opportunity. Additionally consideration will be given to Auckland based applicants to work with our Wellington team. In this role, and environment of passionate and supportive team members, you get the green light to flex your account management or project management skills in arguably NZ’s finest agency.
You have an innate understanding of the big picture, in addition to a keen eye for detail and organisation, you are passionate about behaviour change and you possess a passion for end to end project management. At FCB, you’ll both love, and champion, great creative. An eagerness to collaborate and contribute will be second nature. Being both tenacious and resilient, you’ll be willing to pitch in to get the mahi done, comfortable managing both up and down, using your initiative and naturally proactive approach.

**You’ll need to be**
- Proactive, able to seek out opportunities drawing on your initiative and problem solving skills
- Confident, a natural rock solid relationship builder across all levels
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering to timings and budgets
- Collaborative with peers across the agency to deliver award winning work.
- Passionate about taking an active role in developing junior members of the team
- You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management in a large full service Agency, or you will come to us with demonstrated industry related transferrable skillsets
- You will be Wellington based, or willing to relocate, or you may wish to be considered as an Auckland based team member, reporting into Wellington from our Auckland offices
- Outstanding client management and project management skills and proven ability to work across a range of projects - you’ll excel at wearing many hats
- Senior suiting requirements are not new to you, day-to-day BAU client servicing responsibilities will be honed, buttoned down, and slick
- Naturally, you’ll have a positive, friendly attitude, equally able to have a laugh - a large dose of banter never goes amiss at FCB
