**About the role**:
The All of Government Services Delivery Group (AoG SD) is responsible for a broad portfolio of all of government ICT services and digital products. The group works closely with the supply market to deliver modern digital and ICT services across government, as well as delivering all-of-government trusted information services to the public and to government agencies.
As an experienced digital leader, you will naturally bring a customer-centric view so that we deliver engaging and intuitive digital solutions and you'll bring all-round skills in digital delivery and support to lead this busy and diverse team.
As Manager Digital Delivery and Group Operations, you will be responsible for a cross-functional team that develops, tests and supports digital products, that provides a range of support services to agencies and the public, that produces high quality and highly accessible digital content. You will also ensure that we have the skills, processes, and capabilities we need to make both technical and content change happen in an Agile environment.

**This multi-faceted and pivotal role involves**:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish and agree a clear work programme
- Ensuring we have the skills and capability to develop, operate and support the portfolio
- Driving Agile delivery to achieve outcomes and to improve the Agile process itself
- Ensuring that the portfolio of products and services are well supported, including technical and non-technical support is provided
- Leading responses to operational incidents across the portfolio
- Managing and leading a team of technical leaders (Development and Testing, Support Services, Content Design & User Experience, and New Zealand Gazette)
- Providing advice on how to deliver solutions and support
- Leveraging insights to inform strategic and operational product decisions
- Managing project and operational budgets and revenue

**About you**:
You will have extensive experience in digital product delivery and an understanding of how digital solutions can best meet the needs of the customers. You'll also have experience in ensuring that we provide great support to users and stakeholders of products and services. Ideally you will:

- Have experience in leading technical and non-technical support of digital and commercial products and services
- Bring a practical understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Have strong digital capabilities and deep understanding of how digital solutions and emerging technology can be leveraged to improve user experiences with government
- Know how to develop an effective work programme for a multi-product environment
- Be able to 'connect the dots' across a range of initiatives
- Have experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of team leaders
- Understand service management and have experience in IT Service Management
- Have well-developed time management and organisational skills to manage resources, priorities and activities within agreed deliverables
