What your role and typical day might look like

As our experienced Group Account Director, you’ll be responsible to lead the management of key client accounts and growth within the digital creative space. This means you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationship and partnership across dentsu clients (or prospective clients) by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the agency's overall strategic vision with respect to the capabilities of our Design & Experience team.

Using your past expertise bringing together digital research, strategy, user experience, design thinking, and ecommerce marketing capabilities, you will become a key advisor to clients looking to develop their digital offerings in web, e-commerce and app development to remain competitive in todays and tomorrows digital landscape.

Responsibilities could include- Manage key client partnerships at a senior executive/CxO level e.g. CIO, CTO and CMO as a trusted advisor and valued partner through building a strong knowledge of their digital ecosystem.- Understand and translate client’s challenges and goals into actionable insights and opportunities for dentsu to support through the delivery of digital and creative services. This includes, but not limited to, website and app builds, digital products, and digitial creative campaigns.- Run lead on responses to RFPs, new business pitches, proposals and create client presentations showcasing our capabilities, solutions and results within the in digital experience team.- Develop, define and provide feedback on various aspects across the sales cycle and project management lifecycle: brief quality, regular reviews, sprints, feedback channels, product quality, and collaboration.- Deliver against Digital Experience revenue and new business targets, generating accurate revenue forecasts annually and monthly towards the dentsu Creative practice.- Communicate and collaborating with internal teams, with support from the Head of Design & Experience, to deliver innovative solutions and feed regular updates to clients.- Proactively remain across technology trends to ensure that dentsu stays abreast of innovations and changes in the digital landscape that may impact solutions or ways of working with our clients.

A bit about you- Experience working in a digital/web development agency across abroad range of clients and industries in a Key/Senior Account Director, Group Account Director or similar role.- Possesses a strong understanding of the digital landscape, CX and UX/UI concepts, digital product lifecycle and transformation strategies.- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing communications with experience delivering via technology mediums.- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MS tools (Mainly Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Jira, Miro and knowledge of Figma.- General knowledge of design thinking approaches and agile working practices (noted this will be l
