**About the Opportunity**

Joining our friendly collaborative and high performing team of engineers and software developers you will work on a variety of interesting operational field, cloud and on-prem based computer and network systems. We are seeking a mid-level windows system administrator / system engineer to build, commission and support this infrastructure for our customers. OT systems are often smaller in scale, equivalent to a small business IT network, however reliability, security and quality (documentation) requirements are significantly higher than typical IT environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform full lifecycle of installation, management, and maintenance of all OT infrastructure, including servers, storage, switches, routers, firewalls, and VoIP systems
- Manage and support cloud-based and on-prep platforms
- Provide infrastructure support by managing tickets and performing proactive monitoring
- Perform system maintenance and patching of all OT infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and perform proactive monitoring to ensure security, integrity, and uptime of essential systems
- Install and configure customer hardware and software, occasionally out of town

**What we require**:

- 3+ years practical IT, networking, or engineering experience in related roles
- An innovative and technically inclined mind
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
