We are looking for a Commercial Planning Manager who will play a critical role in the Business Planning team managing Commercial budget planning and monitoring to drive operational efficiency and optimisation.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership, an ability to influence stakeholders across multiple commercial teams to provide financial and analytical support to help achieve business objectives. The role will deliver reporting with insights and analysis of business performance to support strategy building, plan development and performance management of all commercial channels to drive sustainable business growth and to seek further improvement opportunity.

Your ‘day to day’:
As a Commercial Planning Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Interpret, analyse and develop multiple sources of information to enrich data driven decisions making and ultimately improve revenue;
- Provide regular data sets to support commercial strategy building and business reporting
- Develop concise communication plans and documentation underpinning key strategies, ensuring a clear end to end narrative to deliver on overall revenue strategy plan;
- Facilitate business performance review with Commercial teams to support effective and timely decision making;
- Collaborate and influence senior business leaders to translate insights into action to drive effective outcomes across the value chain of the business;
- Monitor budget, expenditures and effectiveness of investments; enabling an integrated management of budget through close collaboration with budget owners
- Partner with various business units to ensure a strong link between key initiatives, business deliverables and market context;
- Improve business reporting capability via enhancement for operational efficiency and effectiveness.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Minimum tertiary qualification in Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years’ experience in Commercial finance area
- Strong capability in quantitative analysis
- Project management experience focusing on consumer experience and interaction, development and execution of specific initiatives and ongoing management of commercial service.
- Financial management skills
- Demonstration of business acumen with a good understanding of industry trends
- Proven experience in planning and coordination
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- A storyteller who can visualize data & insights
