Due to internal promotion, we are currently on the lookout for a Sales Capability Manager to join the team in New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Planning & Enablement Manager, this role leads the commercial capability framework, programs, and tools to build competency and performance across all Commercial function in NZ (Retail, Consumer Experience, Marketing & Digital).
Your impact:
- Develop multi-tiered and segmented learning interventions to upskill the Commercial function for future need
- In collaboration with Commercial Managers and People & Culture, assess the effectiveness of the function on an ongoing basis to identify gaps for enhancement and appropriate solutions
- Review and analyze the learning portfolio to identify relevant in-house/external training programs for general Commercial/ Technical/ Leadership skills and competency development
- Monitor the effectiveness of capability development roadmap for each Commercial stream and enhance delivery and capability solutions for the future
- Budget Management and KPIs reporting for post training
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role, or Commercial leadership position within an FMCG environment
- Demonstrated ability to assess organization capability and build solutions for gap development across all levels
- Excellent business acumen to drive performance and results
- Strong problem solving & influencing skills
- Consumer and customer experience oriented (B2B & B2C)
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Continuously obtain information from users and customers feedback to improve the training contents
