**The Role**

Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare entry-level opportunity to join our IT team at MediaWorks We are on the lookout for an individual with a standout customer service background and a genuine enthusiasm for technology. This is an exceptional chance for someone looking to kickstart their career in IT, offering hands-on experience from day one.
- This is a shift base role but nothing before 7 am or after 7 pm_

**Responsibilities include**:

- To provide first level technology support, monitoring, and customer service to MediaWorks staff.
- Responding to incidents, outages, alerts and requests from the business.
- Acting as the first line of communication and investigation for MediaWorks Technology Teams.

**About You**:

- A strong foundation in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Enjoy helping others and building positive relationships is crucial
- A genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn. Prior experience is not required, but a willingness to dive into technical details and problem-solving is essential.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work with a team that values innovation, efficiency, and a can-do attitude.
