We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children's Hospital, located in central Auckland.
We are part of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, the overarching organisation for New Zealand's national health service. Te Whatu Ora leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Greenlane Surgical Unit has got an opportunity for a Implant, Asset and Inventory Administrator to join their friendly, busy team for 24 hrs a week.
This is a Monday to Friday, permanent part time role based at Greenlane clinical centre
This role is varied and we are looking for someone who is highly organised, problem solver, detail-orientated and team focused who can coordinate our implants, maintain spread sheets to a high standard, create purchase requisitions, manage all inventory to our unit and provide daily coordination of surgical instrumentation and equipment. This role requires flexibility to assist with all Clerical and database administration tasks for the OR's.

Previous clerical and supply chain experience is essential and knowledge of medical terminology and/or hospital systems would be advantageous.
