**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

This is a permanent opportunity for an Inventory Data Administrator to join our team at Auckland City Hospital. You will support the Supply Chain Team by providing accurate and efficient general data processing, Oracle inventory data maintenance and other inventory related functions support you will;
- Work from requests supplied from internal or external customers, perform data administration within the Oracle/FPIM system
- Provide on-going data maintenance support e.g. update bin locations, stock min/max levels, switching inventory plan on and off
- Generate label files and print labels for new stock locations and changes to existing location/product details
- Update stock sourcing/ordering rules to (de)activate items for purchase
- Facilitate implementation of new products and strictly follow instructions on Product Notifications
- Assistance with Annual Stock Takes
- Contribute with interaction, advice and support to the wider team in meetings and general duties with pertinent inventory information

**Mōu** | About you

To enable you to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who is adept and equipped with:

- National Certificate Level 5
- Proven experience in using ERP system preferably Oracle
- At least 12 months warehousing inventory, product set-up and stock control experience
- 12 months warehousing inventory, product set-up and stock control experience

**Capabilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of seniority levels
- Willingness to engage, plan and develop ideas for continuous improvement within the role
- Ability to productively work in a co-operative team environment and to show the initiative to work unsupervised
