**The Role**
- We are looking for a
**Specification Manager** to lead our Auckland branch and join a team of high performers who work across the regions. Reporting to the Specification Team Leader, you will have the support necessary to succeed, however be provided the autonomy to structure your own role to meet deliverables. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Identifying project opportunities and pursuing specification of Forman Products and Systems
- Building strong relationships with architects and designers
- Working with main contractors, developers and other industry professionals to ensure smooth delivery of specified solutions
- Providing technical assistance and solutions to the industry, adding to the customer experience
- Presenting to Architects and Designers on products and systems, providing information and technical support
- Collaborating with the sales team on leads

**About You**

The role focuses primarily in the interior fit-out, design and architectural segment, hence we’re looking for someone with experience in this industry, a design/construction qualification or a desire to transition into the sector. To be successful you’ll also need:

- To be a keen networker, comfortable with identifying and developing new relationships in the industry
- Knowledge of sales planning, budgeting, and operational finance
- Ability to understand customers business and offer relevant, tailored solutions
- Ability to communicate at all levels, with a confident and mature approach providing accurate and informative information on our product range
- Confident and clear group presentation skills
- To be a tenacious self-starter and a team player
