**YOUR ROLE**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Import & Export Coordinator to join our team in Mangere AUK.

Your responsibilities include compiling documents for inbound/outbound shipments, preparing shipping invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry into our tracking system. You will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle finance reports. Meeting CEVA KPIs for import air cargo is vital in this role. Attention to detail and high service standards are essential.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Follow up on new orders and arrange timely collection of shipments
- Process security screening for all export air shipments and input all relevant information into our operating systems while verifying original documents
- Arrange export lodgments at the airport and monitor cargo uplift, notifying stakeholders of any delays
- For door-to-door shipments, ensure seamless coordination through to delivery at the destination, working closely with CEVA/agents
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, Airlines, Transport Companies, and Overseas CEVA offices/agents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is received and completed accurately
- Foster excellent internal customer relationships, collaborating effectively with other departments to meet customer expectations
- Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety legislation to maintain a safe work environment
- Comply with company policies and procedures, while ensuring export declarations are in line with relevant legislation
- Process the Export Declaration Number (EDN) to facilitate smooth operations.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Bonus: relevant qualification; understanding of INCOTERMS.
