Pure Logic is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Auckland that has been at the forefront of innovation and client-centric service. We specialize in a diverse array of services, including Cloud Phone Systems, Managed Print, Microsoft 365, and Azure-hosted environments.

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Auckland-based help desk team to provide outstanding front-line support to our customers by working on the issues remotely.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform workshop technical support preparing new systems, installing components & operating systems, diagnosing faults, and fixing problems.
- Provide remote technical support to help clients with problems by remotely connecting to their system.
- Provide phone and onsite technical support to Pure Logic clients. This involves helping clients with problems over the phone, logging jobs when required, and resolving onsite if required.
- Keeping accurate documentation of the work performed for history and billing purposes.
- Assist and provide IT advice and services to clients, contractors, and staff as required.

This role is well suited for a recent graduate who is looking to develop a career in the IT industry.

Ideally, you will have:

- Knowledge, experience and/or Microsoft hardware/software/services certifications. (365/Azure, Windows Server, AD, etc.).
- A dedicated team player attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to assist our customers. Including answering calls & logging service tickets for our customers.
- Unwavering attention to detail, recognizing its pivotal role in daily documentation and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
