Unparalleled in terms of ambition, scale and complexity for ANZ New Zealand, the programme will bring together a highly capable, multi-disciplinary team of experts from across the bank to drive this change.

**Role Location**: Tāmaki-makau-rau, Auckland or Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara, Wellington

**Role Type**: 12 month secondment/ Fixed Term

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Work with key stakeholders to further progress our strategy and manage ANZ’s payment products with a focus on the Nga Tapuwae programme

Focus on quality customer insights and continuous improvement in the payments portfolio, supporting positive change, supply-side enhancements, technical solutions, effective risk management and efficient staff/operational processes

Bring your experience and insights, to help to lead a modernisation journey for ANZ’s payments capability development, process excellence and new innovative ways for our customers to “move money”

Contribute to our small tribe of experienced, problem-solving, customer-focussed and highly-engaged Payments professionals, whilst also working closely with and alongside the wider ANZ Products team and other stakeholders

An understanding of complex business processes/attention to detail

Previous change/project leadership experience

Good analytical and financial modelling skills

Comfortable in governance settings, preparation and presentation

Strong payments knowledge - processes, systems
