**Mō te tūranga | About the Role**

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for taking a leadership role within the Product Group. Day to day you’ll be managing the end-to-end aspects of delivery of products to market including customer experience, acquisition and retention of customers, building out and executing product roadmaps, managing third party and card scheme relationships.

This role will focus on the delivery of key product initiatives and enhancements to existing offerings. We’re looking for someone with experience, ideally in Merchant Acquiring or card payments, who brings a strong background in card scheme processing and product management. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams. You must be an excellent communicator and have strong financial acumen.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**
- 5+ years’ previous experience in a product management role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking or payments sector, preferably within Merchant Acquiring or card payments
- Strong communication and influencing skills and excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proven innovation management skills, with the ability to bring creative ideas of others to life.
- Product delivery experience is essential.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L.
- A growth mindset with the ability to drive change through a large organisation.
- Developed stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to fast and effective outcomes.
