**The Opportunity**

A newly created role, we’re on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support two busy General Managers who need some professional support to make their days run smoother. We’re looking for someone who is highly engaged and highly motivated to join the support team working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to multi-task effortlessly, you will be super organised and can proactively anticipate needs and requirements.

Reporting to the Animal Management Executive Assistant, you will receive all the support you need to get you up and running and make sure you’re set up for success. Don’t worry about our internal systems, we can provide full training on these.

- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Are willing to lend a hand across the team - we all pitch in to help each other
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Importantly - Enjoy some office banter.

You will be supporting two GM’s - GM Global Marketing and GM Product & Technology so experience in these areas would be advantageous. Additionally, you will be liaising with our finance, People & Brand and legal teams so knowledge in these areas will also help. The role entails regular interaction and engagement with key internal stakeholders, and senior business Leaders within Gallagher.

While the role is varied and will keep you on your toes, we like to have fun in the office and are looking for someone to compliment the team.
