Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Sound knowledge and experience of contract management processes
- Experience in an operational/delivery role ideally in commercial/financial management of contracts and/or financial or management accountancy background
- Demonstrated experience at an advisory level, analysing data/information and providing recommendations
- Proven sound commercial acumen with experience in understanding operational and financial reports
- Knowledge and experience of property maintenance management and demonstrated ability to work efficiently in busy high volume environments
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language
- Sound judgement, discretion and proven ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
- Enthusiastic self-starter who is adaptable to changing demands and able to prioritise work to meet business requirements
- Positive team player who works well within a team and also autonomously within assigned portfolios
- Desirable to have Commercial and Contract Management (CCM) certification at Practitioner level or International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)
