Our Sector Digital Channels team are working to expand and improve the digital health landscape in Aotearoa. We are the digital transformation partners enabling modern technology solutions that improve the people and whānau experience through equitable access to varying models of care.

We are the change agent for national programmes and work with our customers and partners to enable equitable access through both digital self-service and assisted channels and to reduce pressure on the workforce through automation and integration. We are product focused and leverage modern platforms, technologies and ways of working to deliver quality, sustainable and cost-effective products and services.

**Mōu | About you**

As a CRM Administrator, you'll play a key role in analysing, configuring, troubleshooting, testing and maintaining Salesforce orgs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce Salesforce platform standards, ensuring security, performance, and governance across all our Salesforce Orgs. Operating within a 24x7 services organization with a presence in most communities across New Zealand, you'll support nationwide products and services and multiple business critical products and services on the Salesforce platform.

You bring a wealth of Salesforce expertise to the table, along with a solid grasp of its functionalities and platform best practices. Your proficiency in Salesforce administration, data management, and providing day-to-day business support is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our multi-org landscape.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Salesforce administrator experience, ideally with 3 years of experience in a large and complex organisation.
- Proficiency on the Salesforce platform.
- Basics in JavaScript and HTML.
- Proficiency in Salesforce flows.
- Proficiency in Omnistudio and LWC.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting.
- Understanding of Salesforce licensing, user administration and permissions model.
- Proficiency in Data management tools for the Salesforce platform, e.g., Dataloader, etc.
- Knowledge of Apex, Git source repository, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and Salesforce DX and automation tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployments and Metadata API, various Salesforce deployment methods.
- Understanding of APIs (SOAP/REST/GraphQL/Composite) and how to integrate with Salesforce, using low code mechanisms, e.g., Outbound messages, External Services, Salesforce Connect, etc.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of the Health Sector and Government is preferred but not essential.
