**About the role**

A newly created and exciting opportunity is now available for a Technology Projects Admin Support** **to join our New Zealand Technology team. We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager - Operation, you will be providing administrative support function within the Digital Technology Operations team including procurement, leasing and reporting. You will also be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Coordinate all administrative tasks including procurement, leasing, and reporting.
- Takes coordination responsibility for the definition and documentation of Infrastructure projects.
- Follow up on Updates from Infrastructure team and accurate communication to stakeholders.
- Ensures project and product quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
- Ensures that project deliverables are completed, and projects closed.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Project Management and Service delivery Experience.
- Background in business admin related to technology.
- Procurement and Logistic management Experience.
- Experience in an Accounts Payable or Administrator role is desirable.
- Good comprehension of accounts payable practices is desirable.
