**About the role**

Your administration career will thrive, working at Bayswater Retirement Village. Flourishing in a beautiful setting you will be proud to be the first impression of our reception area of our village ensuring that all visitors are greeted in a professional manner. This position is working 40 hours per week - M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**Duties Include**:

- Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins at reception area**.**:

- Delivering newsletters and newspapers to units
- Ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy
- Perform administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of teamwork and initiative

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role would be advantageous
- Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude
- Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer savvy
